Lucy Cullman Danziger has served on the Board of Trustees of the American Folk Art Museum since 1977 and is a member of the Museum’s Legacy Society. She graduated from the Spence School and received an associate degree from Finch College, where she studied studio art. She is a member of the American Folk Art Society. Ms. Danziger is President of Cedar Lodge Farm and is also a supporter of many non-profits, including the Wildlife Conservation Society, the Citizens Committee for New York City, and the New York Women’s Foundation. She also has a special and longtime interest in animals, in particular dog and horse training. Ms. Danziger established the Museum’s Education Committee as well as its docent program in the 1970s and has the distinction of being the Museum’s longest serving Trustee.
