David De Luca has served on the Board of Trustees of the American Folk Art Museum since 2021. He is Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Equities at Raymond James, with over two decades of experience as a managing director in senior roles in the equities divisions of Wall Street firms, including Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers (Barclays Capital). He served as a legislative aide to United States Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. Mr. De Luca has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Investment Committee and the Finance Committee at the Winterthur Museum and serves on the Board of the Northwest Connecticut Land Conservancy. Mr. De Luca earned a BA from Brown University, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics, and a JD from Columbia Law School, where he was an International Fellow.
