Digital Drink + Draw: Inner Worlds and Alter Egos

Unwind and find inspiration in self-taught art! Drink, draw, and connect virtually.
Tap into your creative subconscious and discover works by self-taught artists, such as Minnie Evans and Mehrdad Rashidi, whose inspiration came from within. This session will be led by AFAM Public Programs Intern and artist Denisia Codrington and AFAM educator and artist Natalie Beall. Prompts for looking and drawing will be shared throughout the evening, and participants will be invited to share their work.

Space is limited; advance registration is required. Please consider making a donation when you register to support ongoing virtual programming.

Instructions for joining with a Zoom link and password will be provided by email upon registration confirmation under “Additional Information.” Closed captioning will be provided in English. For questions or to request accessibility accommodations, please email publicprograms@folkartmuseum.org.
