Participants will explore the galleries together and then create &#8220;patchwork portraits,&#8221; inspired by exhibiting artist Nicole Appel&#8217;s work.<\/p>\n<p>Families and Folk Art introduces children ages 4 to 12 and their accompanying adults to folk art through interactive tours in the galleries followed by hands-on artmaking activities inspired by objects in the museum.<\/p>\n<p>This program is free, but space is limited.
